Dear Friends: 

I am proud to market these caramels made from my mother Chris' special recipe. They relate a delicious story from my family history.

When I was young my mom made caramels during the holidays for friends and family. I helped by wrapping each piece with her. Some of my best memories are from the hours we spent together working on the caramels and chatting. Often my "Oma" stopped by and our three generations worked together creating the holiday gifts.

I have continued this tradition with my own family and friends for more than forty years. It is my profound pleasure to offer you this rich and pure homemade specialty from my mom and now from me.
