Caramels can be ordered in your choice of two flavors:  

Pure Vanilla Caramel - an all vanilla caramel. Pure Double Caramel - a layer of vanilla caramel and a layer of chocolate caramel. All caramels are made by hand with the finest quality ingredients with no preservatives added. Orders can be packaged with Pure Vanilla Caramels, Pure Double Caramels or a combination of both Vanilla & Double Caramels.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How are the caramels packaged? 
Our creamy, gourmet caramels are individually wrapped and sealed, then packaged in 1/4, 1/2 or 1 lb. clear cellophane bags and tied with cream and/or dark brown colored ribbons.

What is the shelf life of the caramels? 
That depends on how fast you're able to devour them! If kept in their original packaging and frozen, the caramels will last up to 1 year. If refrigerated, you can expect the caramels to remain fresh for at least three months. If kept at room temperature, you should enjoy the caramels within a couple of weeks. After that time, the sugars in the caramels may begin to crystallize and become grainy. 

When can I expect to receive my order?
Depending on the size of your order and the season, most orders are shipped within five business days. In order to insure only the freshest confections, we make all of our caramels in small batches and do not fill orders from an “inventory.” Please be sure to allow extra time so that we can accommodate all of your bulk, custom, and large order needs.   

How are the caramels shipped?
Unless specifically requested, the caramels will be shipped by UPS either Next Day or 2nd Day Shipping (depending on your climate). Please contact us for your special shipping needs or for a price quote. 

Can I make arrangements to pick up my order and avoid the shipping and handling charges?
Absolutely! If you are in the Toledo, OH. area and would like to make other shipping arrangements, please contact us and let us know your intentions and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
